Create Account

Sign up for Timeblocker and get yourname.timeblocker.co. The first time you login, the account setup wizard will walk you through the process.

Create Availability

Once your account has been setup, you can create your availability and service providers. This will restrict clients to booking appointments within your schedule.

Schedule Appointments

After the availability has been assigned, you and your clients can begin to schedule appointments for you and/or your team.

  • Appointments

    Whether it's a client scheduling their own appointment, or your business scheduling an appointment by phone, the process is quick and easy. Appointments can range any length and you get as many as you need.

  • Clients

    You have complete control over your client data and their appointments. Every account can have unlimited clients and each client can login to manage their account.

  • Hosts

    Hosts are your appointment providers. Hosts each get their own unique schedules and may login to manage their own appointments, or you can do it for them. The choice is yours.

  • Timeslots

    When creating availability (the schedule) for hosts, you do so by creating timeslots. These timeslots can be at any time and at any interval.

  • Team Members

    Team Members are available for each member of your staff that need to help your business manage appointments but aren't actually hosting them.

  • Permissions

    Some accounts need more or less access than others. Easily configure as many permissions levels as needed and assign them to users, hosts, and team members.

  • Custom Fields

    Everyone needs to collect different types of data for each client. Some need birthdates, and others may need to provide notes for clients. Add as many custom fields to clients as you need.

  • Emails

    Users can elect to receive email updates for newly scheduled appointments, reminders, and cancellations. Clients can also confirm that appointments are correct directly from the email.

  • SMS

    Clients can also recieve SMS text alerts for newly scheduled appointments, reminders, and cancellations. Users can opt-out of notifications at anytime.

  • Multilingual

    Modern software is expected to be accessible to everyone in the language they prefer. Each user can select their language right from their profile.

  • Timezones

    Converting times between timezones is confusing, error prone, and time consuming. Timeblocker displays all times relative to your timezone, which every user can specify.

  • Search

    Searching through a ton of data needs to quick and efficient. We provide you with the tools to find exactly what you are looking for, exactly when you need it.

  • Reporting

    Make use of our robust reporting tools to help run your business more efficiently. Visualizing your strengths and your weaknesses in graphs is a very powerful thing.

  • Commenting

    You and your clients will always be able to communicate with each other using our commenting system. When comments are left, email notifications will be sent to respective parties.

  • White Labeling

    Customize the theme colors and upload your own logo right into your app. This add-on is quick and effortless to get setup.

  • Invoicing

    Invoice and bill your clients directly with Timeblocker. Setting up client billing is very simple. Just install the add-on and enter your payment gateway settings.

  • Importing

    If you want to upload your entire list of clients or sync them on a regular basis, it's just a matter of uploading a .csv into your settings. There is also an API endpoint for developers to setup automatic imports.
